THAMES PATH - READING TO HENLEY

This album contains images of part of the The Thames Path National Trail. The path was completed in bursts from 2007 to 2021 from Source to Barrier and on both banks of the river through London. The 120 photographs in these albums, a selection from 7300, were only taken during the walk itself. So the images are opportunistic - taken in different years, seasons, weathers and times of day - and on five different camera systems. The images flow from the source to sea as the river flows. Where both banks were walked the photographs from each bank are interleaved. The images face in all directions - my school motto was "Look Aboot Ye". The photographs are not intended to form a walking guide or a photographic guide to the path. They simply reflect my thoroughly enjoyable Thames Path walking and photography experiences.
